Kadra zarządzająca w logistyce z pewnością cechuje się racjonalnym myśleniem i umiejętnością kalkulowania jednak by sprostać wymaganiom w dynamicznym, globalnym środowisku biznesowym XXI wieku trzeba spełniać coraz więcej kryteriów. Artykuł ten koncentruje się na umiejętnościach niezbędnych menedżerom logistyki. (fragment tekstu)

Logistic has changed recently what impacted modifications in abilities, competencies and knowledge needed during fulfilling different logistic functions. Growth of the logistic companies has made them think about development of their resources, particularly about human resources. The article presents new requirements in logistics which applies to the management staff. (original abstract)
