Wstęp. Orientacja pozytywna stanowi zmienną latentną wyższego rzędu, która łączy w sobie komponenty: optymizmu, samooceny i satysfakcji z życia. Celem prezentowanych badań było poszukiwanie związków między sprężystością psychiczną (ang. resiliency), oceną spostrzeganego wsparcia społecznego a orientacją pozytywną. Materiał i metody: W badaniu wzięło udział 211 osób (110 kobiet i 101 mężczyzn). Wykorzystano narzędzia badawcze: Skala Sprężystości Psychicznej, Wielowymiarowa Skala Spostrzeganego Wsparcia Społecznego i Skala Orientacji Pozytywnej.
