Abstrakty
Każde przedsiębiorstwo zmuszone jest do przewidywania i kreowania własnej przyszłości. Jak podkreślają Adamczyk i Nitkiewicz [2007, s. 57] każde przedsiębiorstwo świadomie lub nieświadomie, w sposób o różnym stopniu formalizacji podejmuje decyzje o znaczeniu strategicznym. Przewidywanie przyszłych celów, środków i sposobów działania w formie prognoz, programów i planów stanowi metodyczną podstawę strategii.(...) W przypadku przedsiębiorstw rodzinnych na szczególną uwagę w tym zakresie zasługuje przygotowanie i realizacja sukcesji. Jest to jeden z pewnych do przewidzenia aspektów losu przedsiębiorstwa, który może zostać precyzyjnie zaprojektowany i przygotowany w całym jego cyklu życia. Obserwacja rzeczywistości gospodarczej przyczynia się do wniosku, iż konieczność sukcesji jest elementem niepodważalnie pewnym co do wystąpienia w przyszłości, jednak jej planowanie często jest zaniedbywane i pomijane w planowaniu strategicznym w firmach rodzinnych. Przedsiębiorstwa rodzinne, analogicznie jak inne przedsiębiorstwa, zmuszone są do przewidywania i tworzenia własnej przyszłości, z tą różnicą, iż w przypadku tych pierwszych krytycznym dla ich długoterminowej egzystencji i rozwoju jest nakreślenie planów sukcesji. It is necessary to underline the significance of succession problem to functioning of family businesses and their existence as one of immanent dilemmas of this group of business units. In the paper a special attention is drawn to the problem of succession from the perspective of programming the future of a family business. The paper presents the idea of succession in the aspect of strategic planning and it indicates some important issues from the author's point of view, connected with planning and effective realization of succession. The paper is an attempt to characterize the main aspects and problems of wealth and power transfer in a family business noticed by the author, discussed in the contemporary literature of the subject.
