Abstrakty

The paper presents the analysis of the data, collected within a survey of the training needs and expectations of trainers and teachers related to the theory and practice of e-learning. The questionnaires have been developed by the partnership in an LLL project "ETM - Every trainee matters" and administered to respondents from six countries. The portrait of the potential user of an e-learning course about the e-learning methodology outlined by the analysed data might be useful for a great number of training organizations.(original abstract)
