Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie perspektyw rozwoju technologii blockchain w sektorze publicznym. W pierwszej kolejności zdefiniowano blockchain, wskazując również mechanizm jego funkcjonowania. W dalszej części artykułu zostały omówione zalety oraz potencjalne wady technologii blockchain. Artykuł podsumowują praktyczne przykłady zastosowań blockchain w sektorze publicznym oraz wnioski końcowe. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The main purpose of this article is the presentation of a perspective on the development of the blockchain technology in the public sector. The first section presents the definition of blockchain and the way how this technology works. In the further part, the authors portray advantages and potential disadvantages of this mechanism. The article is summarized by practical examples of using the blockchain technology in the public sector and final conclusions.(original abstract)
