The trick is not to write a project and get funding, the trick is to perform it skillfully, so as to bring benefits to both communities and participants, as well as the implementers. The foundation of any project is communication, since it determines the cooperation of the people involved and human capital is the most important resource of the project. At the same time communication management is an area difficult to coordinate. Problems of communication and collaboration - their nature and intensity, depend on the scale of the project and number of people directly or indirectly involved in its implementation. Implementing the European Social Fund project requires the cooperation of the project team with sponsors, executives, contractors, but also the direct recipients of the projects (target group). In all relations there may occur difficulties in communication - disruption of information flow, information chaos, distortion of communication, conflicts. Elimination of such issues increases the chance of successful implementation of the project and achievement of results. In the process of improving communication it is good to ensure adequate promotion of the project in its environment, motivation of the team based on participation and to improve the collection and flow of information.(original abstract)
