Abstrakty

Atak wyprzedzający (prewencyjny) został wprowadzony w Izraelu w trakcie głębokich przeobrażeń gospodarczych i ciągłych ataków ze strony państw arabskich oraz w wyniku licznych przeobrażeń końca lat osiemdziesiątych. Stał się systemem nowoczesnym oraz efektywnym, który zaczął się odnosić nie tylko do zabezpieczenia bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego państwa, ale kształtował również jego zewnętrzny charakter. Dzięki prawnemu usankcjonowaniu wprowadzanych działań możliwe się stało przeprowadzanie akcji prewencyjnych jak i ataków prewencyjnych (wyprzedzających) na pozycję znajdujące się poza granicami państwa. Działania prewencyjne miały ustabilizować sytuację polityczno-militarną w Izraelu. (fragment tekstu)

The hereby thesis concerns the research on the genesis of Israel crisis management. The object of the analysis is to demonstrate the influence of an extreme situation on development of specific forms of this type of management. The aim of the analysis is the research on the actions provided by the Israel Defense Forces(IDF). The chronological scope of thesis ends on the date of 2001. The aim of the thesis is to present stages of the IDF actions. With regard to the above, I included two issues into the article: - firstly, I analysed of the situation of Israel Constitutional law, - secondly, I presented the development of specific forms of Israel crisis management. I think that this article presents the phenomenon of Israel crisis management from a certain perspective which makes it possible to understand actions undertaken by the IDF. (original abstract)
