Relations Between Compensation and Organizational Performance

Abstrakty
W artykule tym zwrócono uwagę na możliwości zwiększania efektywności organizacji poprzez zastosowanie odpowiednich praktyk wynagradzania. W pierwszej kolejności dokonano konceptualizacji i operacjonalizacji pojęcia efektywności. Następnie wskazano na istotny wpływ strategii i systemu wynagrodzeń na efektywność organizacji. W końcowej części przedstawiono niektóre mocne i słabe strony podejścia do wynagradzania za efektywność. (abstrakt oryginalny)
This article underlines possibility of increasing the organizational performance through application of the relevant compensation practices. At first, the authors conceptualized and operationalized the efficiency concept, then indicated the significant impact of the compensation strategy and system on organizational performance. Finally, authors described some strengths and weaknesses of the pay for performance approach. (original abstract)
