Abstrakty

Zarządzanie łańcuchem dostaw polega na integracji kluczowych procesów biznesowych od użytkownika końcowego poprzez dostawców dostarczających produkty, usługi i informacje stanowiące wartość dodaną dla klientów i innych interesariuszy. Wewnątrz firmy wykonywane i koordynowane jest tysiące czynności, a każda firma jest z natury rzeczy w jakiś sposób zaangażowana w relacje z innymi firmami w łańcuchu dostaw. Struktura działań wewnątrz firm i pomiędzy firmami ma kluczowe znaczenie dla wydajności całego łańcucha dostaw. Skuteczne zarządzanie łańcuchem dostaw wymaga integracji procesów biznesowych z kluczowymi uczestnikami łańcucha dostaw. Cenne zasoby są marnowane, gdy łańcuchy dostaw nie są zintegrowane, odpowiednio usprawnione i zarządzane. Wartość zestandaryzowanych procesów biznesowych wynika z faktu, iż menedżerowie z różnych organizacji mogą używać wspólnego języka i mogą powiązać procesy zachodzące w ich firmach z innymi uczestnikami łańcucha dostaw.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The supply chain management bases on integration of key business processes from end user through suppliers that provide products, services and information that make an added value for customers and other stakeholders. Thousands of actions are performed and coordinated in the company, and each company is in some relationships with other companies in the supply chain. The structure of activities in firms and between firms is crucial for the efficiency of the entire supply chain. The effective supply chain management requires the integration of business processes with key participants in the supply chain. Valuable resources are wasted when supply chains are not integrated and not properly streamlined and managed. The added value of standardized business processes results from the fact that managers from different organizations may use a common language, and can bind processes in their companies with other supply chain participants.(original abstract)
