EN

The article deals with economic and organizational support of the process of forming the innovative potential of an industrial enterprise. It is concluded that innovation potential becomes the most important element of strategic enterprise management in an industrial enterprise under the influence of increasing internal and external competition. New products, advanced technologies, which define the success of business activities, ensure long-term functioning and financial stability of enterprises. The innovative orientation of economic and organizational support of the strategy and tactics of production development poses new requirements for the content of management activities and it results in the need to improve specific forms of innovation management. Artykuł dotyczy wsparcia ekonomicznego i organizacyjnego procesu kształtowania potencjału innowacyjnego przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowego. Stwierdzono, że pod wpływem rosnącej konkurencji wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej, potencjał innowacyjny staje się najważniejszym elementem strategicznego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem przemysłowym. Nowe produkty, zaawansowane technologie, które określają sukces działalności biznesowej, zapewniają długoterminowe funkcjonowanie i stabilność finansową przedsiębiorstw. Innowacyjna orientacja wsparcia ekonomicznego i organizacyjnego w odniesieniu do strategii i taktyki rozwoju produkcji stawia nowe wymagania co do treści działań zarządczych i skutkuje potrzebą udoskonalania określonych form zarządzania innowacjami.
