Abstrakty

Koncepcja smart city, wdrażana w wielu miastach na świecie, jest w centrum zainteresowania teoretyków i praktyków. Doczekała się różnych modeli powiązanych z innowacjami usługowymi, dojrzałością miast i partycypacją społeczną. Artykuł prezentuje teoretyczne zagadnienia dotyczące koncepcji smart city i skupia się na procesie zarządzania przestrzennego. Przybliżono modele rozwoju miasta w odniesieniu do struktury funkcjonalno-przestrzennej i modele smart city. W publikacji zidentyfikowano również bariery procesu zarządzania przestrzennego we współczesnych miastach, które nie pozwalają podążać ośrodkom zurbanizowanym w kierunku maturity smart city. Na zakończenie zaprezentowano zagadnienie wykorzystania modelu smart city maturity w rozwoju miasta. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The smart city concept, implemented in many cities around the world, has captured the attention of theoreticians and practitioners. It has spawned various models related to service innovations, urban maturity and social participation. This article outlines the essence of the smart city concept and the spatial management process. It examines models of urban development in relation to the functional and spatial structure of cities and smart city models. The study also identifies barriers to spatial management in cities. Finally, the issue of using the smart city maturity model is addressed. (original abstract)
