Abstrakty

Dans le contexte géopolitique actuel, l'Union Européenne se retrouve dans un état de malaise identitaire qui la rend vulnérable par rapport aux grands pouvoirs du monde. Cette communication se propose d'analyser les clivages culturels et les décalages économiques entre la « nouvelle » et la « vieille » Europe qui contribuent à cette vulnérabilité. Une réflexion sur comment repenser l'Europe pour qu'elle redevienne un espace de stabilité et de prospérité sera faite.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Under the present geopolitical context, the European Union is facing an identity crisis that makes it vulnerable in relation to the big powers of the world. This paper makes an analysis of the cultural cleavages and the economical gaps between the "new" and the "old" Europe, which contribute to this vulnerability. A reflection on how to re-think Europe in order for it to regain stability and prosperity will be made.(original abstract)
