Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja zestawu zdolności: wyczuwania otoczenia, uczenia się, koordynacji i integracji, które pomagają rekonfigurować istniejące zdolności operacyjne w nowe, lepiej pasujące do otoczenia. U podłoża realizacji tego celu leży fakt, że w literaturze zarządzania strategicznego istnieje wiele różnych definicji zdolności dynamicznych, które częstokroć są niespójne między sobą, co stwarza duże zamieszanie w momencie traktowania ich przez menedżerów, jako narzędzi do zmiany zdolności operacyjnych. Wobec takiego stanu rzeczy zasadne jest rozpoznanie definicji oraz komponentów zdolności dynamicznych przedstawianych najczęściej w literaturze zagranicznej, sporadycznie w literaturze polskiej. Wykorzystaną metodą badawczą była krytyczna analiza literatury zarządzania strategicznego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article is to identify a set of capabilities: sensing the environment, learning, coordination and integration which help to reconfigure the existing operational capabilities into new ones, which better match the environment. At the base of implementation of this goal lies the fact that there are many different definitions of dynamic capabilities in the strategic management literature, which are often inconsistent with each other, that creates confusion when managers treat them as operational changing tools. In this condition, it is reasonable to recognize definitions and components of the dynamic capabilities most often presented in foreign literature and sporadically in Polish literature. The research method which was used was the critical analysis of strategic management literature. (original abstract)
