The well-being concept refers to other similar concepts related to people's physical, mental, emotional and intellectual well-being. In broader terms, in addition to internal dimensions, it must include external dimensions as well. In discussing the concept of wellbeing, it is worth using a holistic approach - implementing this approach in practice allows for achieving measurable organisational effects.(original abstract)
