Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest wielostronna analiza problematyki sztucznej inteligencji w kontekście dążenia do rozwoju i doskonalenia kompetencji społecznych i personalnych w Hiszpanii oraz w Meksyku. Analizie poddano raport Ministerstwa Nauki, Innowacji i Uniwersytetu, w ramach którego powołano Grupę Roboczą ds. Sztucznej Inteligencji, a także sprawozdanie Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej. Do opracowania treści przydatne były publikacje instytutów naukowych takich jak Instituto Español de Estudios Estratégicos oraz Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Celem uzupełnienia problematyki o elementy związane z etyką poruszono aspekt związany z interpretacją sztucznej inteligencji według islamu. Jest to istotne z perspektywy mniejszości muzułmańskiej zamieszkującej zarówno Hiszpanię, jak i Meksyk. Przytoczone zostały również twarde dane statystyczne - Index Government Artificial Intelligence Readiness. Odwołano się do praktycznego zastosowania sztucznej inteligencji w Meksyku. The aim of the article is a multilateral analysis of the problems of artificial intelligence in Spain and Mexico in the context of striving for the development and improvement of social and personal competences. The report of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and University was analyzed, as part of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence was established, as well as the report of the Ministry of National Defense. Publication of scientific institutes such as the Instituto Español de Estudios Estratégicos and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México were useful for the development of content. In order to supplement the issue with elements related to ethics, the aspect related to the interpretation of artificial intelligence according to Islam was raised. This is important from the perspective of the Muslim minority living in Spain and Mexico. Also included hard statistical data - Index Government Artificial Intelligence Readiness. Emphasize the practical application of artificial intelligence in Mexico.(original abstract)
