The article is devoted to the issue of regulating labor markets from an interdisciplinary perspective. The first part of the text describes briefly the essence of law & economics as an approach that may be successfully applied in labor market problems. The essential element of the article is the part considering institutional premises for regulating labor market. The analysis covers also an attempt of formulating guidelines for developing optimal labor market regulations. Conclusions, apart from their scientific nature, may be valuable also for labor market participants and policymakers. (original abstract)
Artykuł poświęcony jest problematyce regulowania rynku pracy w ujęciu interdyscyplinarnym. Na wstępie autor przedstawia krótką charakterystykę istoty ekonomicznej analizy prawa jako perspektywy badawczej, która może być z powodzeniem stosowana do analizy problemów z zakresu rynku pracy. Zasadniczym elementem artykułu jest fragment stanowiący rozważania nad instytucjonalnymi przesłankami dla regulowania rynku pracy. Analiza obejmuje także próbę sformułowania wytycznych dla kreowania optymalnych regulacji rynku pracy. Wnioski, poza aspektami naukowymi, mają wartość praktyczną także dla uczestników rynku pracy, w tym zwłaszcza dla prawodawcy. (abstrakt oryginalny)
