Szanse i zagrożenia rozwoju regionów w aspekcie postępu technologicznego

Abstrakty
Postęp technologiczny jest z jednej strony wyzwaniem dla gospodarek, regionów, miast, a z drugiej strony ogromną szansą na pokonanie wielu problemów rozwojowych. Rzadko rozważa się tę kwestię w kontekście "utraconej renty pierwszeństwa", związanej z szybkim reagowaniem na potrzebę innowacji zarówno przez podmioty gospodarcze, jak i regiony. W związku z powyższym, autorka upatruje szczególną szansę dla rozwoju regionalnego w tych regionach, które będą bardzo elastycznie reagować na szybkie zmiany technologiczne. Oczywiście jest to duży skrót myślowy, który zawiera w domyśle prężnie rozwijające się branże oraz nowoczesne rozwiązania w zakresie przepływu informacji w regionie, a także odporność na wszelakie zjawiska dotąd niespotykane, np. pandemie.
