Abstrakty

Artykuł omawia wyniki wtórnej analizy danych empirycznych powstałych w badaniach rynku usług prawniczych w Polsce i istotnych w kontekście rozwoju rynku ubezpieczeń ochrony prawnej oraz jego znaczenia jako kanału dostępu do pomocy prawnej. Zaobserwowane prawidłowości są interpretowane w świetle wiedzy płynącej z podobnych badań zagranicznych oraz z porównawczych danych na temat rynku ubezpieczeń ochrony prawnej. Na tej podstawie stawiana jest teza o niewielkim znaczeniu ubezpieczeń ochrony prawnej dla rynku usług prawniczych w Polsce i jego ograniczonej roli jako kanału dostępu do pomocy prawnej w tym kraju.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article discusses the results of the secondary analysis of the empirical data gathered from research into the legal services market in Poland, which are important in the context of development of the legal protection insurance, as well as its significance as a channel of access to legal assistance. The regularities observed are interpreted in view of the knowledge derived from similar foreign research and comparative data on the legal protection insurance market. On this basis a thesis has been advanced about insignificant influence of legal protection insurance on the legal services market in Poland and its limited role as a channel of access to legal assistance in this country.(original abstract)
