Abstrakty

Autor argumentuje, że unijne strategie zatrudnienia nie stanowią zagrożenia dla suwerenności państw członkowskich, ponieważ mają podstawę w Europejskim Modelu Społecznym, strategiach - lizbońskiej i Europa 2020 opartych na zasadach dobrowolności, międzyrządowych formach zarządzania oraz otwartej metodzie koordynacji i elastycznych instrumentach, za których pomocą są realizowane przez państwa członkowskie.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The Author argues that focus on EU employment strategies does not impose any threat to the Member States sovereignty due to the fact that European Social Model, Lisbon and UE2000 strategies are based on the principal of voluntarist, intergovernmental form of management, open method government as well as non-binding, flexible instruments.(original abstract)
