Abstrakty

Ze względu na stosunkowo długi proces budowania kompletnego systemu emerytalnego, Dania określana jest mianem państwa "spóźnialskiego". Wysoka skuteczność zastosowanych przez Duńczyków rozwiązań wpłynęła jednak na ulokowanie Danii w czołówce państw realizujących najlepsze systemy emerytalne na świecie. W dobie starzejącego się społeczeństwa, szybko zmieniającego się rynku pracy oraz słabnącej kondycji finansów publicznych zarówno duński system emerytalny, jak i duńska polityka rynku pracy zostały włączone w "nurt aktywizujący". Głównym celem przyświecającym zmianom wprowadzanym w ostatnich dekadach w przedmiotowych obszarach polityki społecznej w Danii było zaktywizowanie jak największej grupy osób znajdujących się poza rynkiem pracy, wydłużenie okresu ich aktywności zawodowej oraz zapewnienie osobom w wieku emerytalnym wysokiego poziomu bezpieczeństwa socjalnego. Due to the relatively long process of building a complete pension system, Denmark is called "the late-comer". The high effectiveness of the Danish solutions has had influence on locating Denmark in the forefront of countries, which have the best pension systems in the world. In the era of an aging population and a rapidly changing labour market and weakening public finances, the Danish pension system, like the labour market policy was included in the "active stream". The main goal of changes, which have introduced in recent decades in these areas of social policy was mobilization of the largest group of people, which are outside the labour market, the extension of their professional activity and ensuring persons at the retirement age the high level of social security.
