The author substantiates the idea that it is possible to develop social virtues and so to optimize and humanize various social spheres of activities. It is reachable through making use of tools of modern social business ethics, as the mean of strategic management, and applying the principle of self-regulation to practice as well. Rationally and instrumentally applying ethical dimension to the activity of organizations, it is possible to put in good order any practical activity. Following the historical approach to the subject the author focuses on the process of formation of sociological discourse in moral philosophy and purposive searches for the constructive ways of institutionalization business ethics in social life, that is the paradigm of descriptive ethics, which goes on from the New Ages. Practical problems can be successfully solved mainly through implementation of ethics standards and the development of ethics infrastructure in organizations as well as the promotion of corporate social responsibility, accentuating the quest of constructive ways of ethics institutionalization and its sense both for separate organizations and the positive evolution of a society. Management of business ethics creates possibilities to evolve consensual-communicative virtues applying tools of ethics for strategic management both on macro and micro levels and in such way to optimize and humanize various organizations. The author exposes the constructive postmodern paradigm of ethical decision-making and draws attention to the scientific researches on ethics infrastructure and its application in organizations.
