Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono klasyfikację faz działalności innowacyjnej oraz zespoły zadaniowe. Zespołowe rozwiązywanie pojawiających się problemów technicznych i organizacyjnych gwarantuje większą efektywność procesów innowacyjnych i krótszy czas ich realizacji.

Polish economy which is being reformed now should attain such a state in which it would be profitable to create and apply innovations in every enterprise. One of the ways for inciting creative activity of the workers and its precise connection with the goals of the development of an institution is collective form of the organization of an innovative activity. This article deals with that particular problem and it consists of the following parts: the essence of team solving of problemsstructural forms of task teams conceptions of task teams in the aspect of the phases of an innovative activity.personal composition of task teams and the structure of its roles. In this article the classification of the phases of the innovative activity is discussed each of which requires different structural features of the task teams. In this article the structure of the functions, which one ought to arise in the creative teams in order that their work may be efficient is also discussed.(original abstract)
