Abstrakty

Dla realizacji drugiego etapu reformy ważną kwestią jest poznanie zachowań przedsiębiorstw w tym i przemysłu drobnego. Jednostki gospodarcze realizują wybrane przez siebie strategie działania, zmierzające do realizacji ich rzeczywistego celu przy zastosowaniu dostępnych środków i uwzględnieniu otoczenia. Otoczenie przedsiębiorstwa kształtowane jest z jednej strony przez system kierowania z drugiej zaś przez rynek. Wpływ uwarunkowań rynkowych i systemowych na zachowanie przedsiębiorstw zostanie przedstawiony na podstawie wyników badań przeprowadzonych w 27 jednostkach przemysłu drobnego woj. lubelskiego w roku 1987.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The subjects of the economy aim at the realization of their real goals, considering their own possibilities as well as the scope and power of influence exerted by the market mechanisms and the managing system. The declared goals of the units of small industry provide a special criterion of evalution used by enterprises in decision and real processes. This critérium is the workers' income. One of the conditions indispensable for the realization of ont's own goals is independence. It follows from the studies that the enterprise enjoys considerable independence in a number of the area of economy. However, in the areas directly connected with their real goals, the units of small industry experience considerable limitations. The conduct of enterprises depend on the market conditions. Considerable balance tensions on the supply market and the privileged position of enterprises as purveyors give rise to the situation when it is possible do devolve the costs of lacking effectiveness for the consumers. This points to the lack of economic pressure. The decisive role in the productive activity is played by the resources. It is connected with the difficulties with provision. The managing system has a slight role in the creation of pro-efficiency conduct of the enteprises. Viewing individual conducts of the enteprises as one whole activity the following can be stated: lack of a strategic concept, the submission of the whole process of economy to the tendency of increasing the workers incomes, lack of trust in the solutions of the economic-financial system, looking for gaps in the existing regulations, and acting "on the verge" of law and order for the improvement of financial conditions.(original abstract)
