Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule omówiono pojęcie optymalizacji działalności gospodarczej. Przedstawiono znaczenie rachunku ekonomicznego w procesach optymalizacyjnych w warunkach reformy gospodarczej oraz rolę cen w rachunku ekonomicznym.

Optimalization of the economic activity means aspiration towards the realization of the intended goal of activity. Optimalization does not mean searching for the ''optimum" singular regulator, an unrealistic Walras' world, but the perfection of the solutions of the mechanism of the functioning of the socialist economy for the creation of better and better conditions for the production optimalization. Hence, in this approach, the optimalization processes are viewed as any activity which contributes to the improvement of the need satisfaction. This is not optimalization in the sense of reaching the greatest or the smallest effects, but in the sense of a visible improvement of the results in relation to the results obtained so far. Such conventional and broadened understanding of optimalization follows from the problems in a wider application of mathematic methods. The present state of research on optimalization in the socialist economy enabled the majority of researchers to realize different shortcomings of macro-economic, micro-economic and balance models. In such a situation, we feel justified in treating these models as mere elements of the perfection of optimalization processes. The main advantage of the economic system introduced by the economic reform the point of view of the decision, the creation of the climate of micro-economic optimalization on the level of the enterprise, by acknowledging the foremost function to the partial optimalization it is possible too verify a thesis according to which the partial optimalization does not guarantee the general economic optimalization. The functioning of adequate prices is here treated as the basic and indispensable condition for the perfection of optimalization processes.(original abstract)
