Abstrakty

Opracowanie rozpoczyna się od omówienia merytorycznych i metodycznych pytań i problemów, jakie stawiane są przez teorię systemów i cybernetykę. W związku z tym obie te dziedziny wiedzy są przedstawione na tle trójwymiarowego systemu nauk. Następnie przedstawione są osiągnięcia teorii systemów i cybernetyki wykorzystywane przez współczesną teorię organizacji. Są to: całościowy sposób patrzenia na rzeczywistość, zwiększona orientacja na otoczenie, zdynamizowanie rozważań, otwarcie interdyscyplinarne, wzmocnienie orientacji na kształtowanie rzeczywistości organizacyjnej, ukierunkowanie na samoregulację i samoorganizowanie. Pod koniec omówiony jest przyszły rozwój teorii organzacji pod wpływem teorii systemów i cybernetyki.(abstrakt oryginalny)
