Kultura organizacyjna jest wieloaspektowa; dotyczyć może stosunku członków organizacji do rozmaitych aspektów jej stanu i funkcjonowania. W artykule tym interesować nas będzie tylko jeden problem w bogatym zbiorze przejawów kultury organizacyjnej. Interesować nas będą mianowicie skutki wynikające z lokalizacji przestrzennej źródeł wzorców kulturowych.(fragment tekstu)

The article refers to the research trend in the theory of organization and management which is concentrated around analyzing and investigating dependencies between cultural values and norms on the one hand and organizational solutions and managements systems on the other. The article discusses one aspect of this problem concerning organizational effects of the dominant direction of the workers' cultural orientation. Therefore, two types of attitudes of the organization members were distinguished and characterized and these are the following: local attitudes oriented at cultural patterns formed within the organization, and cosmopolitan attitudes oriented at cultural patterns formed in the environment of the organization.(original abstract)
