Abstrakty

Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony jest ważnym i wciąż aktualnym problemom tworzenia infrastruktury społecznej. Omówiono podstawowe problemy dotyczące przyczyn i konsekwencji opóźnień w rozwoju infrastruktury społecznej na wsi.

The present article is devoted to important and still current problems of the formation of social infrastructure. The author concentrated her attention on the basic problems concerning the role, causes and consequences of delays in the development of social infrastructure in the rural area: the role of rural social infrastructure is determined by its functions the classification of which is presented on the basis of the review of bibliography concerning this problem,the causes of a low level of social infrastructure development in rural area comprise general determinants in the country, that is the primacy of economic development over social development, and specific determinants which operate within villages,among different consequences of delays in the development of rural social infrastructure, attention was paid first of all to the effects which are directly felt by the population in the following spheres: health protection, education, recreation, consumption, patterns, social pathologies. The problems discussed in the work are based on statistical information. What can one observe more and more clearly in rural ares is the lack of conditions for the realization of social progress because of a low degree of infrastructure implements. This situation gives rise to a number of consequences undesirable from the point of view of the social policy itself, and the aims of the socialist development of our country, and the most important of these consequences is the creation and deepening of social disproportions.(original abstract)
