The concept of trust has become popular in public debate and academic analysis. In high-income countries this interest is associated with concern for the decline of trust in governments and professionals, and in developing countries has been prompted by debates around the motion of social capital. Trust has been identified as a major factor influencing such thing as capital investment, relationship marketing, cross-cultural communication, learning and various types of cooperation. Trust management becomes also very important inside organization. The study will present empirical research on trust and knowledge sharing. (original abstract)
Pojęcie zaufania stało się popularnym w debatach publicznych i analizach naukowych. W krajach wysoko rozwiniętych obserwuje się spadek zaufania do rządu i ekspertów w związku z czym prowadzone są publiczne kampanie mające na celu zwiększenie zaufania. Zaufanie jest uznawane jako czynnik, który wpływa np. na inwestycje, relacje między podmiotami na rynku, komunikację międzykulturową, pozyskiwanie wiedzy i różne rodzaje współpracy. Zarządzanie zaufaniem również stało się istotne wewnątrz organizacji. Zaufanie w organizacji wpływa na efektywność pracy, zaangażowanie pracowników i dzielenie się wiedzą. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące zaufania i dzielenia się wiedzą. (abstrakt oryginalny)
