EN

Homelessness and migration are the subject of a broad interest of social sciences but doubtlessly, migrants' homelessness is neglected both in social awareness and in scientific literature. Therefore the authors of this paper wish to draw the readers' attention to this very problem, using the accessible data and the results of their own research. The article refers to the following issues: 1) the characteristics of the migrants' homelessness in EU - quantitative data; 2) homelessness of Polish immigrants in selected countries; 3) the subject and methodology of pilot research among immigrants from Poland; 4) discussion of the results; 5) conclusions and recommendations. Bezdomność i migracje są przedmiotem szerokiego zainteresowania nauk społecznych, lecz nie ulega wątpliwości, że migracyjna bezdomność jest zaniedbywana w społecznej świadomości i w naukowej literaturze. Dlatego też, autorzy tego artykułu pragną zwrócić uwagę Czytelnika na ten istotny problem, korzystając z dostępnych danych i wyników ich własnych badań. Artykuł porusza następujące kwestie: 1) charakterystyka migracyjnej bezdomności w UE - dane ilościowe; 2) bezdomność polskich imigrantów w wybranych krajach; 3) przedmiot i metodologia badań pilotażowych wśród imigrantów z Polski; 4) dyskusja rezultatów; 5) wnioski i rekomendacje.
