Abstrakty

Proces wdrożenia zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego zarządzania jest długotrwały, kosztowny i pełen pułapek. Znaczna część problemów, związanych z tym procesem, posiada swoje źródło w użytkowniku końcowym. W artykule przedstawione zostały wyniki badań poziomu satysfakcji z procesu wdrożenia użytkowników końcowych zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego zarządzania klasy ERP. Analizie poddano grupę pracowników przedsiębiorstwa realizujących wdrożenie i eksploatujących system. Rezultaty oceny są niejednoznaczne. Wskazują jednak na istotne problemy z jakością wdrożenia systemu ERP. Blisko połowa użytkowników ocenia negatywnie system i jego wdrożenie. W artykule przedstawione zostały także rekomendacje wynikające z przeprowadzonych badań. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The process of integrated management information system implementation is longlasting, expensive and full of pitfalls. Many of the problems associated with this process have their source in the end-user. In the article there were presented results of research on the level of satisfaction of end-users with the process of implementation of integrated information management ERP system. A group of employees of the company implementing and using the system was analysed. Results of the research are ambiguous. They however, point significant problems with the quality of ERP system implementation. Nearly half of the respondents have evaluated negatively the system and its implementation. The article presents the recommendations arising from the study. (original abstract)
