The soft power is an effective weapon that allows to achieve goals through persuasion rather than coercion or the use of hard power that may have high costs and heavy losses to humanity. This paper investigates some of the most important reasons for using soft power to build optimal relationships in international relations by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The purpose is to provide the most significant components of soft power for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the best way to use it, especially against those who seek expansion and spread the ideology of religious extremism and create terrorist militias in neighboring countries that carry out proxy wars to serve their expansion goals.(original abstract)
