Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono ekologiczne uwarunkowania równowagi systemu gospodarczego. W artykule zdefiniowano system ekologiczny, określono funkcje ekosystemu w gospodarce narodowej. Przedstawiono próbę zastosowania podejścia systemowego do współistnienia i uwarunkowań między ekosystemem a gospodarką narodową, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem występujących między nimi sprzężeń zwrotnych oraz wpływu zmian w naturalnym systemie ekologicznym na sztuczny system gospodarczy.

The paper presents an attempt of systems approach application to the co-existence and conditioning between ecosystem and national economy, with particular regard to feedback existing between them and to the influence of changes in the natural ecological system on the artificial economic one. In the long term, economic equilibrium is determined not only by dynamics of various economic processes but also by some consequences of negative pressure put on the environment by the economic system. Functions of the ecosystem in the national economy have been defined in the paper as well. It has made possible to denominate particular damages to the global system (the economic subsystem included), namely those which are the result of economic activities led against superior rules of ecology. Equilibrium of the economic subsystem, that is an effect of the global system balance, in large extent remains derivative of equilibrium of ecological subsystem. (original abstract)
