Abstrakty

Pandemia COVID-19 spowodowała, iż wiele gospodarek wraz z planami budżetowymi na rok 2020 musiały być skorygowane, zaś kolejne planowane budżety np.na rok 2021 muszą być nakreślane z dozą ostrożności. Ten stan rzeczy dotyczy nie tylko Arabię Saudyjską, ale i pozostałe państwa na świecie. Tak wiec, celem niniejszego artykułu jest wyartykułowanie następstw, jakie wyniknęły oraz w przyszłości mogą wynikać z założeń zatwierdzonego przez króla Arabii Saudyjskiej budżetu na rok 2021 mając na uwadze wygenerowania innego poziomu przychodów przy jednoczesnych nieprzewidywalnych wydatkach królestwa saudyjskiego. W tym celu zaproponowano technikę badawczą, jaką jest krytyka, analiza oraz przegląd nie tylko literatury przedmiotu, ale przede wszystkim źródeł internetowych, które są bogate w tej materii ze względu na aktualny temat i nie do końca omówiony przez ekspertów, naukowców w anglojęzycznych lub polskojęzycznych artykułach, rozdziałach lub przyczynkach do dyskusji. The COVID-19 pandemic meant that many economies, along with their bud-get plans for 2020, had to be adjusted, and subsequent planned budgets for 2021must be drafted with a dose of caution.This state of affairs applies to all countries in the world, including Saudi Arabia.Thus, the purpose of this article is to arti-culate the implications of the 2021 budget approved by the King of Saudi Arabia (current Salman ibn Abd al-Aziz Al Su'ud), bearing in mind the variable revenuesand unpredictable expenses of the Saudi kingdom.For this purpose, a research technique was proposed, which is criticism, analysis and review of not only theliterature on the subject, but mainly internetsources, which are rich in this aspectdue to the current topic.
