Abstrakty

Ubezpieczenie jest jedną z najczęściej używanych metod finansowania skutków ryzyk, zarówno przez osoby fizyczne, jak i przedsiębiorstwa. Mechanizm ubezpieczenia zapewnia świadczenie znacząco przewyższające składkę i bardzo skutecznie stabilizuje sytuację finansową ubezpieczonego. Jednak, mimo tej powszechności, wiedza na temat ubezpieczeń jest stosunkowo niewielka. Niski poziom świadomości ubezpieczeniowej staje się przyczyną rozczarowań, w sytuacji gdy ubezpieczony wcześniej nie zapoznał się z warunkami ubezpieczenia i nie zna podstawowych zasad ubezpieczeniowych. Brak znajomości produktów ubezpieczeniowych oraz metod kompleksowego zarządzania ryzykiem stanowi zagrożenie dla stabilności finansowej przedsiębiorstw.(abstrakt oryginalny)
