Abstrakty

W artykule przyjęto, że strategia logistyczna określa cele długofalowe, a uwarunkowania rozwoju logistyki i odnosi się do alokacji niezbędnych zasobów aby je osiągnąć. Podejście pragmatyczne pokazuje, jak zintegrować poszczególne ogniwa łańcucha, aby osiągnąć zamierzony wynik działalności logistycznej.

The ideal market, in practice does not exist, it is difficult to clearly identify the assumptions and limitations of the logistics chain model. In the article the attention of experimental logistics (logistic experiments) is the actual verification the conditions of the logistics chain, taking into account the attitudes of social management (logistics experimental includes a new set of measures of actual human behavior extended and refers them to the previous measurement). The logical design of experimental logistics assumes that each participant (Logistics Manager) adopts the strategy of its logistics chain by specifying the level of social capital. Therefore that the first and it seems the primary logistics element is to formulate strategies of experimental logistics chain. Logistics chain can survive in the long term and to achieve the intended objectives, provided continuous improvement management processes focused on its development and growth. This implies the introduction of new values to the logistics chain, most often a change in the direction of improving the standard of quality and the structural adjustment of the existing resources and values. Development is primarily a qualitative phenomenon, the development and implementation of the logistics chain of various procedural, structural innovation and in the field of organization and management. While growth is quantitative category denoting a zoom in the quantities or values of resources, guaranteeing in the established term, the achievement of the expected competitive position. The article assumes that the logistics strategy defines long-term objectives and the conditions of the development of logistics and refers to the allocation of resources necessary to achieve them. The pragmatic approach shows how to integrate the individual chain links to achieve the intended result of the logistics business.(original abstract)
