Dokonano przeglądu wybranych pozycji literaturowych z lat od 1900 do 2019 roku (tj. 479 pozycji dotyczących SKO) z bazy Web of Science dotyczących statystycznej kontroli odbiorczej. Przeanalizowane pozycje literaturowe i przytoczone analizy dokonanych w obszarze badań możliwości wykorzystania statystycznej kontroli odbiorczej do oceny żywotności wyrobu mogą stanowić przydatną bazę do podjęcia kolejnych analiz w celu zwiększenia możliwości wykorzystania tej metody do oceny żywotności wyrobu. In the production processes, which are not statistical regulate it is important to used the right control, to which the acceptance sampling plan is counted. This control consists in assessing whether the product unit, batches of product or service provided or offered for delivery is acceptable. The aim of the study is an analysis of the possibilities to use the acceptance sampling plan to assess the life of the product. The literature review of the selected section of the literature from 1900 to 2019 (i.e. 479 positions) was made from the Web of Science base, and it was concerned about the acceptance sampling plan. It was concluded that from the point of analysis carried out in the area of statistical inspection control it was important to analyze the possibility of using this method to assess the product's life span (i.e. about 74 items related to the product's life span were obtained from the 479 items analyzed). The motivation to make analyze was an overwhelming number of the literature items from the engineering section including industrial engineering, in which the problem of life of the product is important due to the progress of science, and increasing the durability of products. The analyzed the literature items and cited analyzes in the area of the study of the possibilities the use of the acceptance sampling plans to assess the life of the products, can be a useful base to make next analyses in order to increase the possibilities used this method to assess the life of the product.
