Abstrakty
W latach 1990-2002 polski rynek ubezpieczeń odbył długą drogę. Powstało wiele nowych zakładów ubezpieczeniowych. Na rynku pojawiły się też nowe produkty, nieznane w przeszłości. Wzrósł bardzo wyraźnie poziom składki ubezpieczeniowej. Równocześnie dalszy rozwój rynku wymaga rozwiązania zagadnień o charakterze strukturalnym, blokujących jego rozwój.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The period of a stormy development of the Poiish Insurance market has passed. The speed of Corning into being of new Insurance companies has slowed down. The growth of premium collected and the growth of a number of contracts have slowed down as well. The share of life Insurance business in the total premium is still growing. However, there is a big ratę of surrender and it may be consider as an important problem of this group of Insurance. Still, there is a big concentra- tion in the market. The share of the market of a few biggest companies is still over 80 per cent. There is a group of well developed institutions round the market and they work properly. The Author postulates an increase of the functions of the Guarantee Fund. The formation of the central register of vehicles, already announced, will be of the great importance. There is an urgent need to create in Poland the modern system of catastrophic Insurance. The Author discusses with fuli particulars the new or- ganizational formula of Insurance supervision, its role and position in the Poiish Insurance market.(original abstract)
