Abstrakty

EN

We live in an age in which the scale and pace of change are constantly growing in many areas of our lives. Such a state of affairs generates the need to continuously analyse the situation and to prepare solutions which will be proportionate to the changing reality, new needs and requirements. This refers, especially, to logistics, whose role and importance as well as the range of activities is growing steadily. It must meet more and more extreme requirements regarding time, cost, flexibility as well as effectiveness of activities. Therefore, the areas which will affect the development of logistics in the 21st century will be new solutions in the field of telecommunications, new software solutions, changes in transport systems as well as the emergence of value********conscious customer , the need to transform all logistics activities for e-commerce, or, last but not least, new patterns of innovations, such as sustaining innovations. The issues presented in the article are the main subject of it, and provide the basis for a wider discussion on this topic, particularly in the context of changes that await our Polish logistics.(original abstract)

Żyjemy w czasach, w których skala i tempo zmian stale rośnie w wielu dziedzinach naszego życia. Taki stan rzeczy powoduje konieczność ciągłego analizowania sytuacji i przygotowanie rozwiązań, które będą proporcjonalne do zmieniającej się rzeczywistości, nowych potrzeb i wymagań. Dotyczy to w szczególności logistyki, której rola i znaczenie, jak i zakres działalności stale rośnie. Musi ona spełniać coraz bardziej ekstremalne wymagania dotyczące czasu, kosztów, elastyczność oraz efektywność działań. Wpływ na rozwój logistyki w XXI wieku będą miały: nowe rozwiązania w dziedzinie telekomunikacji, nowe rozwiązania softwerowe, zmian w systemach transportowych, jak również bardziej świadomy klient, konieczność tworzenia łańcucha wartości, szersze ukierunkowanie logistyki na działania e-commerce, czy wreszcie nowe wzory innowacji, takie jak koncepcje zrównoważonych innowacji. Przedstawione zagadnienia są przedmiotem rozważań zaprezentowanych w artykule i stanowią kanwę do szerszej dyskusji na ten temat, szczególnie w kontekście zmian jakie czekają nasza polską logistykę.(abstrakt oryginalny)
