The article presents the study aimed at recognising whether Edmondson's (1999) tool for measuring psychological safety in organisations at the team level, when translated into Polish, can be used in companies operating in the Polish market. This objective was achieved based on the validation of the Polish version of this tool. The statistical analysis results prove that the tool developed by Edmondson (1999) after the translation meets all validation criteria. Therefore it can be used in companies that function in the Polish market. Thanks to this tool, they may monitor psychological safety at a team level and make improvements when necessary.
