Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza japońskiego ustawodawstwa prawnego w aspekcie obecności przepisów prawnych kształtujących przestrzeń dla istnienia wolności religijnej oraz działalności związków religijnych w Japonii. W związku z powyższym zostaną przeanalizowane historyczne oraz współczesne japońskie regulacje prawne realizujące przesłankę istnienia wolności religijnej w Japonii, a także zbadany sposób, w jaki ta zasada była lub jest regulowana w przestrzeni prawnej. This paper presents the analysis of chosen Japanese legal provisions, in which the principle of religious freedom is reflected. The author discusses in details legal regulations, which form the basis of the religious freedom principle constituted by Nihonkokukenpō (Japanese Constitution) and Shūkyōhōjin-hō (Religious Corporations Act).(original abstract)
