Kultura organizacyjna i jej znaczenie dla wprowadzania zmian w organizacjach publicznych

Abstrakty
Polskie organizacje publiczne są często postrzegane jako organizacje silnej orientacji biurokratycznej, które unikają zmian i ryzyka. Jednak w ostatnim dziesięcioleciu wyraźnie zmienia się model zarządzania organizacjami publicznymi. Przemianie ulega także ich kultura organizacyjna, a procesowi temu towarzyszy przeobrażenie związane z kulturą organizacji i klimatem organizacyjnym. Niestety w wielu polskich organizacjach publicznych proces ten przebiega wolno, a zmiany są wprowadzane opornie, stąd potrzebne jest zrozumienie istoty tego zjawiska i jego wpływu na sposób, w jaki możliwe jest dokonanie zmiany w organizacji. Celem rozdziału jest określenie znaczenia kultury organizacyjnej w procesie zarządzania zmianami w organizacji publicznej.(abstrakt oryginalny)
