Abstrakty
Modernity shows that emotion management is the most difficult task a person faces. But the acquisition of such skills provides a tremendous foundation for the growth of both the individual and the growth of the collective organism - group, organization, company and so on. This skill is especially important in management because the emotional state of people in the team directly depends on the emotional state of the leader, which, in turn, affects productivity.
