Odporność organizacyjna przedsiębiorstw rodzinnych

Przeprowadzone analizy ukazały, że odporność organizacyjna jest bezpośrednio związana z efektywnością firmy rodzinnej i pozostaje pod wpływem zdolności do uczenia się na błędach i niepowodzeniach oraz bogactwa społeczno-emocjonalnego, co potwierdzono empirycznie. Warto wskazać, że w badanych przedsiębiorstwach rodzinnych nie wszystkie typy uczenia się na błędach i niepowodzeniach są równie skuteczne - szczególną rolę ma w tym przypadku uczenie zadaniowe oraz uczenie się radzenia sobie z emocjami. Natomiast dla samej odporności - uczenie zadaniowe, prewencyjne oraz procesy zarządzania uczeniem się. Różnoraki wpływ poszczególnych wymiarów uczenia się na błędach i niepowodzeniach na odporność i efektywność uwypuklają konieczność dokonywania w tym zakresie świadomych wyborów. Nieodmiennie, skłonność do tworzenia bogactwa społeczno-emocjonalnego pozostaje ważna dla odporności, co pośrednio wpływa na efektywność organizacyjną firmy rodzinnej.(fragment tekstu)
