Abstrakty

Wsparcie publiczne z funduszy europejskich realizowane jest w formie projektów. Jedną z grup, która otrzymała pomoc doradczo-szkoleniową, są firmy rodzinne. Wsparcie dla tych przedsiębiorstw było bardzo wartościowe ze względu na to, że wcześniej nie otrzymywały one żadnej pomocy. Jednocześnie formuła projektu powoduje, że wsparcie jest ograniczone w czasie, po zakończeniu projektów nie jest kontynuowane. To wpisuje się w zjawisko tzw. projektyzacji. W wyniku projektu realizowanego przez Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Małopolskiego doszło do zmiany zapisów Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego, co spowodowało, że firmom rodzinnym zagwarantowano pomoc także po jego zakończeniu. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja największych barier wynikających ze wsparcia firm rodzinnych przyjmującego formę projektów, a także sformułowanie rekomendacji w zakresie działań skierowanych do tych przedsiębiorstw także po zakończeniu projektów. Rekomendacje powstały na podstawie pionierskiej inicjatywy zrealizowanej przez samorząd województwa małopolskiego.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Public support with European funds is implemented in the form of projects. Family businesses are one of the groups which have received advisory and training assistance. The support for these businesses was very valuable because they had not previously received any assistance. Simultaneously, the project formula means that the support is limited in time and is not continued after the projects come to an end. This is in line with the phenomenon of so-called projectization. The project implemented by the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska Voivodship led to the amendment of the provisions of the Regional Operational Programme which resulted in family businesses also being guaranteed assistance after projects are completed. The objective of the article is to identify the biggest barriers arising from the support for family businesses assuming the form of projects, as well as to formulate recommendations on activities addressed to these businesses, including after the completion of the projects. The recommendations are based on a pioneering initiative implemented by the self-government of the Małopolskie Voivodship.(original abstract)
