Abstrakty

Globalny trend projektyzacji jest wszechobecny i obejmuje współcześnie wszystkie obszary życia społecznego, zaś prace projektowe występują nie tylko w organizacji, lecz we wszystkich niemal aktywnościach życia zawodowego i prywatnego. Stąd też od pewnego czasu badacze podkreślają potrzebę badań nad zjawiskiem projektyzacji oraz jego skutkami dla różnych interesariuszy. Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu syntezę wiedzy z zakresu zjawiska projektyzacji, a przede wszystkim analizę wpływu na różne podmioty i wzajemnych zależności pomiędzy nimi w oparciu o studia teoretyczne nad projektami. W artykule przyjrzano się społecznym wymiarom projektyzacji oraz jej implikacjom dla jednostek i organizacji w kontekście projektującego się społeczeństwa, dążono do zrozumienia zarówno pozytywnych, jak i krytycznych perspektyw tego trendu. Analiza oddziaływania projektów na warunki funkcjonowania różnych podmiotów lub grup w społeczeństwie może pomóc w krytycznym przemyśleniu projektyzacji i jej wpływu. Zaś dalszy rozwój badań jest konieczny, aby stała się bardziej zrównoważoną praktyką zarządzania opartą na społecznej odpowiedzialności. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The global trend of projectification is omnipresent and encompasses almost all areas of social life, while project work is present not only in organizations, but in almost all activities of professional and private life. Hence, for some time researchers have been emphasizing the need to study the phenomenon of projectification and its effects on different stakeholders and at its different levels. This paper aims to synthesize knowledge of the phenomenon of projectification, and above all, to analyze its impact on various entities and the interdependencies between them based on theoretical studies of projects. The paper looks at the social dimensions of projectification as well as its implications for individuals and organizations in the context of a projectified society, seeking to understand both the positive and critical perspectives of this trend. Analyzing the impact of projectification on the conditions of functioning of various entities or groups in society can help to think critically about projectification and its impact. Moreover, further development of research is needed for it to become a more sustainable management practice based on social responsibility. (original abstract)
