Abstrakty
The ecosystem perspective in management sciences is associated with a dynamic and contextual perception of the organization's relationships with the environment. The increasing complexity of the environment and the growing expectations of stakeholders towards enterprises mean that ecosystems as the subject of analysis are gaining importance. This article aims to identify the specifics of ecosystem well-being. To achieve this goal, a method of the systematic literature review was used. In light of the obtained results, the well-being of the ecosystem appears as a multi-level and multi-dimensional, positive state in which valuable relationships between the participants of the ecosystem can occur and develop.
