The objective of the research is to investigate and pinpoint the expected impacts of the organisational climate on employee engagement. The research was conducted by means of a CAWI online survey among employees of international organisations with branches or representative offices in Poland, as well as Polish companies with their own organ-isational units abroad. The survey involved 835 employees at various organisational levels of the companies. The results of the empirical research clearly showed a strong positive relationship between the organisational climate and levels of engagement in work and in the organisation. It is possible to identify the dimensions of the organisational climate that are most closely related to employee en-gagement in general, namely the organisation and nature of work, autonomy, rewards and motivation, f lexibility, a sense of psychological security and management.(original abstract)
