Abstrakty

Prognozowanie popytu na środki produkcji ma duże znaczenie w systemie prognoz gospodarczych. Środki te, stanowiące materialny czynnik produkcji i akumulacji, warunkują każdy proces produkcyjny i działalność inwestycyjną, a więc wzrost gospodarczy i poziom życia. Celem badań prognostycznych popytu produkcyjnego jest określenie jego przyszłych rozmiarów, czasu i miejsca występowania. Prawidłowe wyniki badań warunkują osiągnięcie pożądanego poziomu standardu życia ludności, chronią gospodarkę przed dysproporcjami, pomagają zwiększyć wydajność pracy, stanowią podstawę do podejmowania właściwych decyzji inwestycyjnych i wyboru najbardziej efektywnych technologii.

Forecasting demand for the means of production is of great importance in the system of economic prognoses. These means which constitute a material factor of production and accumulation condition each production process and investment activity, that is, economic growth and the living standard. The aim of prognostic investigations of production demand is the determination of its future size, time and place of its occurrence. Correct results of the investigations condition the achievement of the desired level of population's living standard, protect the economy from disproportions, help to increase labour efficiency, provide the basis for the undertaking of right investment decisions and the selection of most effective technologies. The methodology of investigating demand and forecasting is related to the nature of dependencies between demand ana factors which determine it, the time horizon of prognosing, accessibility of sources and reliability of obtained information, professional knowledge of people preparing prognoses and the level at which prognoses are prepared.
