Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie kształtowania się wielkości i struktury zatrudnienia w gospodarce turystycznej Polski na przestrzeni 12 letniego okresu. (lata 1975-1985). Analiza dotyczy struktur zatrudnienia według wykształcenia, płci, charakteru wykonywanej pracy oraz województw. (fragment tekstu)

The aim of the article is a presentation of the level and structure of employment in tourist services in Poland in the yeare 1975 - 1986. The analysls of the structure ot employment has been conducted acoording to the following criteria: nature of employment, sex, education, type of work performed and situation in a given province. In order to describe spatial structures the author has made use of two methods of regional analysls, i.e., location quotlent and location coefficient. The author has also presented the structure of staff employed in tourist services with respect to qualifications prognosticated for the years 1990 and 1995. (original abstract)
