W opracowaniu omówiono pięć ważniejszych chorób owsa: rdzę koronową, rdzę źdźbłową, mączniak, plamistość, wirozę w oparciu o badania własne, obserwacje i literaturę. Zamieszczono informację o możliwości międzynarodowej współpracy służącej zwalczaniu chorób owsa w ramach EODN. (abstrakt oryginalny)
